Description
Designed with the center of mass that allows its coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) to have an even distribution. Initial results have demonstrated temperature fluctuations do not influence optical alignment. The smooth, multiaxial movement of the adjustaball provides an intuitive alignment mechanism for beginner and experienced optical scientists alike

INSTRUCTIONS / HOW TO USE
Place your mirror or another optical element onto the three pads located in the recessed pocket and secure it using a retaining ring or more permanently with your desired adhesive. Secure mount with the underside M4x0.7 threads (6.5mm deep). Once the optic is in place, adjust the optical alignment as necessary and slowly tighten the influence-free locking mechanism until tight
COMPETITIVE ANALYSIS
Traditional mirror mounts often require time and effort. The Adjust-A-ball Mirror-Mount significantly reduces the time spent adjusting the optic while promoting ergonomic adjusting. In contrast to traditional mirror mounts with adjustment screws and multiple tooling, Adjust-A-Ball quickly adjusts beam position by hand, eliminating additional tools and processing.
Conventional mirror mounts have locking mechanisms that influence laser alignment. Adjust-A-Ball mirror mounts do not move when locked, so laser alignment is not influenced nor compromised.
Standard mirror mounts are unpredictable when exposed to heat, requiring readjustment for optical alignment. Adjust-A-Ball mirror mounts are not influenced by temperature variations so the optical alignment stays in position eliminating any need for realignment.
